  • How does the subscription work?

The PopMyCurls BOX with pre-order subscription: 
They are debited at the time of the order.

We will ship your boxes every 2 months between the 10th and 15th of the month.
Example : you order your first box on September 2, 2020, we will send you the box between September 10 and 15, 2020 then you will automatically receive the next box between November 10 and 15, 2020.

If you order your box for the first time during the month (because you have just discovered PopMyCurlsParis :-)), we will ship your first box within 24 to 48 hours + Colissimo or Mondial Relay delivery time. Then we will ship your next boxes between the 10th and 15th every 2 months. You can change your subscription at any time in your customer account.

  • I wish to cancel or postpone my subscription:

The PopMyCurls Premium Box is bimonthly and the subscription is valid for a minimum period of 2 months, i.e. after having received at least 2 BOX.
Indeed, it is not possible to subscribe and unsubscribe immediately after to benefit from the advantageous rate.
If a person has made a mistake and wishes to cancel their subscription, they must do so within 2 days of placing the order.
If applicable, cancellation fees will be applied ranging from €5 to an amount that will be indicated to you by email.

Otherwise the 2nd Box will be sent 2 months later and from that moment the subscription can be cancelled.

If a person has been a subscriber for several months, they will receive their POPMYCURLS Box every 2 months.
If the person wishes to unsubscribe or postpone their subscription, they must go to their personal account or send an email to contact@popmycurlsparis.com no later than 10 days before the delivery of the Box of the month.


If the request is not made in time, the box will be sent on the scheduled date. The subscription can then be canceled from that moment.

Indeed, we assume that the Box is Bimonthly, so you have time to be able to cancel or modify your subscription 10 days before the scheduled delivery.

  • I want to pause my subscription for the current month:

It is quite possible to PAUSE your subscription only 10 days before the delivery of the BOX scheduled for the month.

  • I want to add an additional product to my Box with subscription:

It is entirely possible to add products to the Box by subscription.
For example, if you want to add the detangling Pop'N'Brush to your order, just go to your personal space and add it in the section: "Subscription orders" and then "Add product" and finally select the products of your choice from the product list.

RETURN :

I want to return the box because the products I tested do not suit me.

It is not possible to return the Box after using the products. We make no exceptions.
